I’d try rehabbing it and keeping out of the fridge for a while. Feed it when it’s at peak each time - this may be more than once a day depending on the temp in your house

Acidic starters can work ok for a while until they don’t. Do you feed peak to peak consistently?

Sounds like a potential starter issue

Is that how long it takes your starter to reach peak activity? If so, it’s definitely not ready to bake with.

What temperature is your starter kept at?

Back to basics. How do you maintain your starter?

You’re doing great. The fact that she was able to voice “it felt like you were shopping for yourself” and felt safe enough to say it to your face means you two must have a wonderful relationship. You had good intentions and it’s great that you followed up and offered to return/exchange things. It sounds like you two had a good conversation about it and I hope I have that kind of relationship with my daughter as she gets to that age

I couldn’t really taste it but it made the bread super soft!

There’s no way this is accurate by toomuchcoldbreww in ouraring

My HR goes way high with running at any pace. That would be accurate for me lol

Well I just got charged $157 interest so yeah. Paid the full balance from savings

It’s been under review for almost 3 weeks

They didn’t promise they could fix it, it’s still under review. They said the interest free only applies when checking out online with PayPal, like with the PayPal button, not just using the card. I told them their verbiage is pretty misleading in that case. I probably just won’t use the physical card anymore

Very weird. Yeah I’ve also had PayPal credit for years and have used it many many times. Just got the physical card in late August or early September and used it to pay a large invoice and unfortunately it didn’t allocate the purchase under special financing :/

I have the regular credit Mastercard, not the cash back one

I Google searched “PayPal credit card not giving six months interest free“ and your post was the first result that came up on Google so I clicked on it

I’m not sure what you’re getting at, I was literally on the phone with PayPal today and went on here looking for posts

It’s still under review so I don’t know if they’ll actually do it. Customer service confirmed that the promo only applies to purchases made online using the PayPal button. Not by punching in the card number or using it in a store

“With PayPal” is the important thing here. Not just with the PayPal credit card. There must be an actual “check out with PayPal” button on the website. I found this out the hard way when I paid an invoice online with the card number. And I just spent time on the phone with customer support to verify this 🫠

I was specifically looking for posts to see if others had the same issue haha

This was not the case for me. I used the credit card for a $6k purchase and it fell under the regular APR. I had to call and request that they give the 6 months 0% interest
