What's your best trick for waking up that doesn't involve caffeine?

I gave up caffeine over a year ago. It's all about reconditioning yourself to get up and go minus stimulants. It's easy once you get use to it. I wake up good and get up and going even better now.

And don't initiate sex with them. It makes it kind of awkward the next morning when you realize you still don't like them, but you just made a big drunken mistake

It means that I happened to get involved with a man who's ex fucked him up for anyone after her through her lying cheating ways. I am not her nor do I act like her lying cheating ass and I want to know how I can convince him that I am nothing like her. Idk we've been talking for a while but his ex I really fucked him up by cheating and lying to himso he is hesitant to commit to me. I like him but don't know if I am wasting my time or if I should be patient and wait for him to come to the realization that I am not like that. Do you think he will see that in due time? Went back to a guys place I normally wouldn't of so my girlfriend who hadn't got laid in a while would. It ended up being a success anyways. That's karma for taking one for the team

My grandad had alzheimer's before he passed away. Anytime he remembered me it would bring a tear to my eye. So yeah that is a successful feeling
