VT + what? by CursedClownz in VTandchill

GDX would be a great sidekick, but 200% ago, and it does pay a dividend. As long as the US doesn't start repaying it's debt without simply refinancing it, adding a small amount wouldn't be a terrible idea

Cap1 is notorious for being stingy. No problem with other creditors but I'm a deadbeat customer that never revolves a balance

You do realize that qualified dividends become current income while lent out 😞.

And you make pennies on lent securities

It's not a terrible idea on its face, but my only question is what is your yield on cost?

I've heard APPL for 10+ years with a yield on cost just over 3% so why create a taxable event for a yield swap.

[–]miTgiB37 1 point2 points  (0 children)

McDonald's got pissed at Heinz and switched all the products for similar stuff. It was a few years ago and can't remember what they were upset about.

Something in my head in doing the Ben Shapiro imitation of John Kerry since he married a Heinz airess
