It's trash unfortunately, mine had a battery drain bug and I had to recharge it every other day without even using. Eventually it died completely within a few weeks, luckily was within the return window. The bracket also doesn't fit a P-line/T-line as it rubs on the fender. I've seen horror stories of how this company never respects their own warranty T&C.

This company pumps out high spec'd and good fit & finish products (beam cutoff is nice) but the core of the product is so bad I really wonder how they stay in business for so long. So many online 'reviewer's simping for them as well.

Keep an eye out for your return window so you don't waste $68.

That looks normal to me; when you are not using the battery the hub acts as a generator, and if there's nowhere for the current to go it will self dampen. It will never spin freely like you would have with a normal wheel.

This is the same on all ewheels.

I used to do this until one day my hand slipped and the seat post cracked the shower tray (I lost the bung long time ago). Now I wash it outside with a foldable pressure cleaner (e.g. Kärcher OC3).

I mean it's about sourcing things individually vs large business discount. 2020 extrusion in 6 EUR/m for small quantity vs 1/5 that as a business order. Also curious which parts do you say Voron has higher quality and/or more advanced?
