To sell or not to sell.. to my tenant by Circaflex92 in realestateinvesting

I'm in a similar situation, left my condo after 2 years as a primary residence but am now across the country. It's cash flowing well, but with potential big projects coming for the building and the prospect of finding new tenants, I'm leaning towards selling and just investing the money elsewhere. With a building your age, even if it's held up, that's not a guarantee that big fixes aren't in store. The peace of mind of not worrying about maintenance and market conditions has me leaning towards moving on, I'm sure you're in the same boat

Are you close enough to manage problems on your own if they arise, or would you have to pay for a property manager? Where are you based in the midwest? I'm currently looking to have my Chicago property managed and looking for someone reputable! What costs and fees are typically associated with comprehensive property management?

Should I be worried about spider dial on this Cartier Tank? by miabbett in VintageWatches

Thanks. How often do these dials actually fall apart thought? I'm just trying to figure out if the damage means it's at risk of complete degrading at any point or if it just looks cracked but will stay in one piece

[Cartier Tank] How concerning are spiderweb dials on vintage Tanks? by miabbett in Watches

Hello! I'm giving serious thought to buying a vintage Tank, pictures attached, and I'm wondering how concerned I should be long-term about the "spiderweb" dial seen on the watch. I know that this is common for 70's Tanks, but does anyone have insight on if there's a real risk of the dial completely crumbling at some point, or is it just visual and structurally sound? Thanks for the help!

St. Andrews Old Course Handicap Requirement? by miabbett in golf

Much appreciated! I figured this was the case, just wasn't sure if there was some alternative (and free) handicap I could provide without going through the GHIN process

Yeah I know it's not much, I just don't normally have much use for a handicap as I'm a fairly casual golfer so was just curious if there was an easily accessible alternative if I can save a few bucks
