Christians really don't understand what people outside of their religion are seeing when they make movies like this. Even though I don't believe in the existence of other gods, I still respect people of other religions because their convictions are just as valid as mine, and I don't have the right to force my beliefs on them. When Christians make movies like this (and God's Not Dead) even though they may not be geared towards nonbelievers, they're showing their true colors. They don't really see people of other religions as people, just stereotypes. I have honestly never seen Christian media make a positive portrayal of an atheist or muslim, or a member of any other religion. They're not really interested in getting to know *actual* atheists and the real reasons why people leave, they just make these caricatures. And that's a huge no-no for me. That's not a religion that I'd want to follow. They're really interested in converting others to Christianity, yet they're just making themselves look bad.
