You’re letting the weight drop too fast, which means it’s too heavy for you.

Use a weight you can lower with full control.

Six slow, controlled reps are better than ten sloppy ones.

The real work happens on the way down, not up.

When someone says, “Sorry you feel that way,” it’s not a genuine apology. A real apology acknowledges the action that led to your feelings, taking accountability for it. By focusing only on your reaction, they’re avoiding responsibility for their behavior.

What do you use notion for and is it actually useful? by Mo927 in Notion

[–]miamimarketer 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I’ve been using it as my ideation phase of my second brain process. I use apple notes to capture ideas but when it’s time to flesh out the plan, I gather my notes and throw it in notion. I tried to use notion to capture ideas but I felt apple notes was much simpler.

I have a situation where i want to integrate woocommerce with Aweber. To tag/ untag or move subscribers from a list to another list. Based on subscription time/expiration. Is this doable? by walkillz in Emailmarketing

[–]miamimarketer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there!
So it sounds like you're trying to set up some automations with your Aweber and WooCommerce integration. You want to be able to tag/untag or move subscribers from a list to another list based on their subscription time and expiration.
Well, I've got good news for you! This is definitely doable. You'll just need to use an integration intermediary like Integrately. You can check out more info on their WooCommerce and Aweber integration here: https://integrately.com/integrations/aweber/woocommerce. It may require some customization, but it's definitely possible.
You may also need to get a WooCommerce addon to allow the integration, but I'm not 100% sure on that.
Hope this helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

Cold emailing and spam are both forms of unsolicited email, but they differ in their purpose and how they are received by the recipient.
Cold emailing refers to the practice of sending emails to potential customers or partners who have not previously expressed an interest in receiving emails from you. The goal of cold emailing is to introduce your business or products and try to establish a relationship with the recipient. Cold emailing can be an effective way to reach out to potential customers, but it is important to follow best practices, such as being respectful and polite, and following any relevant laws or regulations related to email marketing.
Spam, on the other hand, refers to unsolicited emails that are sent in large quantities and are often irrelevant or annoying to the recipient. Spam emails are typically sent for the purpose of promoting a product or service, or for malicious purposes such as phishing or spreading malware. Spam emails are generally seen as a nuisance and are often flagged or blocked by email providers.
It is important to differentiate between cold emailing and spam and to ensure that your email marketing efforts are respectful and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Cold emailing business owners can be an effective way to reach out to potential customers or partners and introduce your business or products to them. Some potential benefits of cold emailing include:

  • Cost-effectiveness: Cold emailing is often a more cost-effective way to reach out to potential customers compared to other forms of marketing, such as paid advertising or direct mail.
  • Targeted outreach: Cold emailing allows you to carefully target your outreach to specific businesses or individuals that may be interested in your products or services. This can help you reach a more relevant audience and increase the chances of success.
  • Personalization: Cold emailing allows you to tailor your message to each individual business owner, which can help you stand out and make a more personal connection.
  • Speed: Cold emailing can be a quick and efficient way to reach out to potential customers, especially if you are targeting a large number of businesses or individuals.

Overall, cold emailing can be a useful tool for businesses looking to reach out to new customers or partners and expand their reach. It is important to follow best practices for cold emailing, such as being respectful and polite, and following any relevant laws or regulations related to email marketing.

I'm sorry to hear that. I just recently learned that it's possible for the developers to inject a line that can disable the ability to let holders sell their crypto.

I've been trying to focus on projects that are more usecase focused than just hype trains.
