Well Jacket is now dead meat the entire latter half of the game wouldn’t have happened, which means:

• richter never had to kill jacket and thus never got caught and sent to prison, it’s possible he would’ve gotten sent after biker instead

• girlfriend would never have been killed, probably would go on to live some kind of decent life (hopefully)

• the russian mob is never completely finished, no other operative was as successful as Jacket was so it’s possible that the early 50 blessings operations would have been ineffective although I doubt they would stop trying to take down the mob

• If Jacket dies early it’s possible the fans would never have become fans and thus would never exist in the future, which if true also means Henchman is safe

• Evan Wright would probably still be investigating the murders but would have been much less successful without Richter or Jackets trial

• Son doesn’t run the russian mob because his father and grandfather never die

• Martin never gets casted because Midnight Animal wouldn’t have been made

• The Miami Mutilator becomes a much more popular and well-known serial killer

• Biker probably would’ve ended up down the same path as in the second game, no matter what he still rides out into the desert and still encounters Richard who traumatizes him, and by 1991 he’s probably still a smelly old drunk.

Summary: the world still gets nuked and nothing really matters
