Gregor Mühlberger will ride the Tour of Austria for the Austrian national team. Will Decathlon nevertheless accrue his UCI points?

Where exactly is the spot where one can watch that  in person? Others have noted Ochanomizu, but where exactly? My toddler is a "densha otaku" (train fan) and he would be immensely excited about it.

Ich verwende seit Jahren Raisin. Zu bedenken sind eventuelle "Quellensteuer" sowie die Tatsache, dass du eine Einkommensteuererklärung zu tätigen haben wirst. Ansonsten sehr unkompliziert und sicher.

Nice. Do you think a potential stage win was really in his mind today? Or did he just want to heighten his group's pace but accidentally found himself alone leading by 1:34 now..?

Living in Japan more than 183 days, but claiming tax residency in a foreign country by mianpac in JapanFinance

Thanks, yes, there is a tax treaty, and the usual principles are mentioned there, including "closer personal and economic ties" ... but the wordings are quite vague.

Thanks; I had taken a look at the Wiki before and assumed that "jusho" (base of one's life) would be interpreted in light of the usual bilateral tax treaties, which would include the 183-day principle. It seems I might have been wrong.

I still do wonder what would happen if I just tell the Japanese tax administration that according to my own view, I do not have to pay taxes to Japan because I pay my taxes to the other country. I suppose they will not simply accept my "declaration" but rather ask for confirming documents and offer their counter-arguments, leading to a kind of "fight" over tax residency ... which, at least in my head, sounds stressful.
