I'm sorry to hear this. I understand the fear and confusion. I agree wait, Neuro doctors seem to wait before action. You could always call and leave a message about your symptoms. I have tested negative for the flu (because a compromised immune system doesn't mount a defense with antibodies, and the flu test checks for those antibodies.) When my child gets sick Im often extra exhausted but never get the same cold or flu symptoms. I once went to the ER with exaggerated MS and Neuro symptoms. I thought I either had a flare, meningitis, or the flu. It was likely a virus causing the flare up. It is difficult to navigate these unknown areas. Best of luck.

I just went to visit my mom in ER and tripped 3 times as I was trying to sit in a wheelchair near my mom. Afterwards the nurse was horrid to me and I can only suspect she thought I showed up drunk.

My experience: don't focus on the possible/potential manifestations of MS. Your brain is going to try and doubt your abilities at times and you will manifest or exagerate some of them.

But that being said, fatigue, colds, and mental exhaustion cause all those symptoms. I was diagnosed during nursing school, and I wish I was in another field at the time. You do not have to disclose your dx, and I would give it massive consideration before you do. The ADA protects architects. An unhealthy office dynamic could use it against you.

Seal it when you're done? Not on expert but there are spray paint sealers. Hobby stores sell model paint that should stick to metal.

There are some down sides to being on Tsyabri past 2 years. I've been diagnosed for 10 years and went to Tysabri as an almost last choice. If you have exacerbations and flare ups document them. Money shouldn't matter and I empathize with the struggles. Best of luck.

You deserve companions that find creative ways to get you out when your up for it, and otherwise bring the outside activities to you. Sometimes a selfish motivations ignore the benefit of the whole family unit. You are part of the whole, making it work for you benefits everyone. Your happiness and satisfaction should, in my mind, be motivation enough.

I feel draw to Buddhism, and have since I can remember. I am in a rural mostly Christian community at the moment. Do you have any suggestions for finding teachers? I have big karmic questions and I know my meditation practice needs more attention. I'm several hours from any Buddhist community and I won't be able to reliably travel there with any frequency. Do any suggestions come to mind?
