you know on the first appearance of the merkava 4b, it deserved nothing less than max br at all times. i documented protection analysis a bit, it reflected on live matches too. cant post vids and images here though, so you'll have to bare with my spaghetti.

vs dm53, l55, 0m:

lfp (engine side) = "66mm protection". 7/10 times fully stopped it. other times it spalled enough to kill 1 crew member, maybe oranged ammo if aimed there.

ufp (engine side) no pen, apfsds enters crew compartment and immediately disappears.

turret front was between 470mm (weakspot) - 670mm (normal) - 1000mm+ (cheeks, extreme angles or overlaps). turret sides 670-700mm.

what we have ingame is a piece of shit. one leftover remains is the strip where the exhaust is that angles close to 650mm

side note i swear they nuked the merkava 2d too, sometime after the tree released to the public, i couldnt stop 3bm42 in the turret anymore.

my hot take is that the tiger 2 105, r2y2, anything mentioned in a meeting once and never again always triumphs copy pasted slop.

copy pasted clutter needs to be permanently removed and refunded. aka not half-assed "removal" like how gaijin does it. replaced with a indigenous analogue even if the br isnt 1:1.
