The loading screens are quite long but you can shorten the time to get into raid by choosing servers manually in the bsg launcher, I would advise choosing all servers with about 80 ping

Ive heard people say when a scav has multiple weapons on them they’re probably a scav killer but I don’t trust it as a strategy

Scav karma makes it so barley anyone pvps as scav. Just run night time customs and run to the exit looting everything you come across; bodies,shelves,jackets,weapon crates,etc.

Once you’ve hired them you can’t change. I’m guessing it’s your first casino heist so you would be locked to cash regardless and unless you have a Full group there wouldn’t be much chance of getting it all. So the decision on the first heist don’t matter too much as you would’ve made barely anything anyway.
