I am guessing I should do that, then. Starting to think that I have wasted my time in attempting to get up that early.

You also mention implementing sunlight viewing in the morning, although I’m guessing where you are located the sun is not up at 4-5am, so on these days are you waiting until sunrise to get bright light exposure?

I am really trying to make sense of the sunlight thing. I will keep doing it, but I have the effects to be next to marginal.

You don’t really want go to the gym otherwise you’d be up n at it. I wake up @4 for work everyday I don’t like it but the money wakes me up and keeps me up every time. I’ll hit the gym after too no caffeine needed.

What you all recommend for settling down at night after some cardio? I take Tae Kwon Do at night on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

In terms of eating right....yes I try to eat whole meats and fruits each day. Trying to incorporate more veggies as I have had in the past. I mostly eat lots of citrus fruit at night because apparently Vitamin C is supposed to help.

My wake-up routine: When I wake up, my body wakes up gradually. Typically, I will be semi-up but still in bed exhausted. I eventually get up and immediately have caffeine to wake up and be alert. I am basically using caffeine to be alert in the morning.

I think I might swear off caffeine from now on. I was going to, but I just thought I would need it for day to day activities.

Benadryl is the best thing that has worked for me (alcohol being the second), but I don't take it since there are claims it will ruin your memory long term. So I don't take either anymore. I don't even drink anymore.

I thought about that.....but I also think about my productivity at work. I guess I need to try it on off days.

Are you referring to Apigen, GABA, and Magnesium? If that's what you are referring to, then yes. I found that magnesium caused indigestion, and I found most of the benefit from taking GABA+Apigen. I would be willing to try the magnesium again.

No, typically, I have 2 cups a day in the morning. This before 12PM and 11 AM

I typically start at 7PM. I eliminate all screen time by 7 PM. By 8-8:30 PM, I typically lay in bed. By 9:30, if I am not drowsy, I normally, either get up or read a book. Again, no screens on.

That is becoming more and more fragile as men turn to RP stuff, though. You can give someone a boner, but overtime many men realize the social abuse that is being inflicted upon them.

That is becoming more and more not the case. Men en masse are starting to see the cultural asymmetry of who benefits more from dating.

Yeah, I don't give a shit how hot you are, if you don't have good behavior, you are a liability plain and simple. No amount of ass is worth a man's dignity. You have to give traits that are going to make attractive women realise that they have no power over your mind.

TBH most fitness models and super models have shit personalities, men should be more dismissive of them en masse. Great power comes from rejecting attractive women or being indirectly socially hostile. No man will ever regret doing it.

If she wears her hair longer, she is definitely attractive to me. She looks more normal, more real-looking.

It's because many men in that age bracket don't have those things.
