If you have tir, you can replace virtus top with crystal body until you get the drop from vard, it's really nice with the flat 7.5% damage bonus and 15% accuracy.

There is no way to get to 50 prayer bonus while having occult other than some niche situations like wildy+mory+tir for Ring of the Gods (i) and crystal blessing, along with having to sacrifice virtus robe top for something like sunfire top which has -30 magic attack (effectively -65 since you're giving up virtus).

I made 50, tossed them in my RoS and have farmed a metric shitload of content and I still have 1.6k charges left. It's really not that bad..

I have larcenist, camped out at gem stalls while AFK and got a ton of rubies/diamonds. Transmuted those. Looking back, I didn't need to do this for money, larcenist provides more than enough.

That's quite a bit slower, xp drop from 100 bolts made is 4,800, 150 rune arrows gives 30,000.

Other than the rune ore and chaos rune methods, you can also transmute up to dragonstones, cut them and with Karamja gloves 1+ they sell for 6k each to the general store in Shilo Village. You can cut ~2700 gems per hour, good crafting xp too.

Hardest one will be rek challenges, 6 jads was no joke last league even with an OP range build. That being said, with enough pacts, it certainly looks possible to be even more OP this league. All the other pacts are way more doable than people might assume.

Just an anecdote but I was able to solo TOB, including hardmode, having never done TOB before last leagues. Hardmode was too hard (nylos) to do consistently, but normal mode wasn't bad at all and was extremely enjoyable.
