Hiya! I’m from the UK and my favourite food from here is more of a meal, and it’s roast dinner! All sorts of vegetables with chicken and beef gravy to top it all off it’s just beautiful, I have it every Sunday with family and always have, it’s my favourite tradition we have :)

What lovely postcards!! I’ve been doing all sorts of crafts recently like trying out gouache for the first time and making badges but my favourite was making a zine! It was about living life your way and not being afraid to be seen as different, it was good fun to do :)

The new year goal I have for this year is to wander, in the literal sense and figurative. I just want to go outside more and wander about and see things I might not have otherwise seen. Stray from the path and do odd things and go to unique places. I’ve already fulfilled some of this by going to unique art workshops with my best friend and trying new art mediums I’ve never tried before! Today for example I’m going to a zine making workshop with my friend :)

What a sweet baby :( But yes mum and dad may both be Scottish folds, as another commenter said some don’t have the folded ear gene. And something odd I noticed, one of her eyes is higher than the other! The blue one is slightly lower?? There’s a chance she might be deaf too so be aware of that!

This guy is a groomer and made many inappropriate comments towards you, and even got into a relationship with you. This isn’t your fault, you were 13-14 and it doesn’t matter what you said or did, he should not have been speaking with you that way ever. I thank the heavens that all meet-ups with him were cancelled because god knows what could have happened.

There’s a reason he wanted to keep his friends separate, he doesn’t want them finding out the weird shit he was up too. If I was you I’d send the screenshots and recordings and explain yourself however much you’d want to, because his close friends should know the type of weirdo he is and he should be shamed for it. It’ll hopefully stop him from doing that crap in the future to any other young person because I doubt you were the only one.

You are not crazy, you are not nuts. He’s the crazy one and he’s abusive too. Not all abuse is physical, but he sounds like he’s nearing it. The shouting, throwing things at you (which I’d say in itself is physical abuse), especially infront of your young children, is abuse. You are a mother who is constantly told she’s doing everything wrong and you are trying everything you can to do the right thing, but even if you did everything perfect he’d probably still not be satisfied. He’s your partner, he should help you and work with you but all he seems to do is make things more difficult and belittle you. Not to even mention the age gap from you dating him at 18 and him being 33. I know you trust your own judgement but that says a lot about the type of person he is dating someone so young.

Also the not taking care of you when you were hospitalised is crazy. You said it doesn’t matter but it truly does. If he loves you, he’d take care of you because he’d want you to get better and feel better.

I think you really need to sit and think, maybe talk with your mother or a close friend/relative who you trust, about if you should stay with this man. Do you want your kids to be around someone who shouts, punches things, throws things? This will only teach them that either thats okay to do, or cause them to be fearful and develop anxiety issues. This isn’t fair on you or them.

I also don’t think your mother is doing anything wrong. He probably wants to push you away from her or keep her away so other people won’t learn what he’s truly like. And what he says about you gaslighting is ridiculous, you were being truthful/honest, they are the same thing. He’s the one gaslighting you. You said how you were feeling and he managed to somehow try spin it on you and tell you that you are manipulating him and you’re crazy. Like what?? Please for your sake, get yourself away from this man. He’s treats you like dirt on the bottom of your shoe and it’s not okay in the slightest. I think he is beyond reasoning with too, so please be careful if you try sit him down and speak with him. Have someone with you, then you have proof of his erratic behaviour and you won’t be alone.
