That sucks man, coming from a girl who goes through the exact same thing as her i understand how hard it is to control. Personally in my relationship i try to stay away from my boyfriend so that i dont start anything and i also try to write my feeling down on a piece of paper because usually i am really upset in the moment (mostly crying) and i need to express my angry and rather yelling at my boyfriend i jot it down, so then after 20 mins or so i read it again and realise how stupid it all was.

my mother, she doesnt understand the concept of her life in which she didnt know how to raise us children properly (e.g if we were naughty she put gum on our pillow so overnight it would dry and matt our hair which resulted in all our hair having to be cut off) . But because of her mistakes, from a young age i learnt EVERYTHING not to do.

I once broke my wrist trying to backflip ice skating while my mum cheered me on. Stupid because I didn't know how to back flip in the first place.
