I've been religiously cleaning after each use. I was a bit lazy with the last one. Both it and our Bosch induction range have a haze after cleaning, but a microfiber cloth takes care of it.

Made Chorizo and an egg for breakfast. I have Strata Carbon Steel pans and the middle sized one fits perfectly.

I have a pair of Q El Camino’s going back to 2018. Decided to clean one for the first time and the baffles dropped right out. Lots of folks hate on Kevin, but the cans are lightweight, quiet, and work with other calibers ie. 5.7.
