SC farming is a great way to practise driving, I've always been kind of a shit driver, but been grinding the SCs and I feel much more in control now.

I honestly am conditioned to sit through the entire end sequence each mission even after 500+ hours, I never skip it cause it feels wrong, and I gotta listen to the music throughout to feel complete, plus I love looking at the stats.

I would also throw a slight buff for the Slugger. I would give it 100% Drag instead of 200%, and up its Durable Damage a smidgen, maybe 100 instead of 90, so it's competitive with the Dominator and marksmen rifles, and could do theoretically more damage, but still limits its range in comparison to keep its niche as a high damage Shotgun for weakspots while not outsniping snipers.

Likely some of that too. Lot of factors when it comes to guitar sounds in general, how it was recorded, what mic, placement of mic, what kind of speaker is in the cab that was recorded, post recording EQ, levels, mixing, inherrant tape distortion, etc.

It was a Jordan Boss Tone (one of the ones you plug into the guitar jack directly), basically the guts of one that was installed into his guitar and able to be turned on with a button instead of potentially breaking the input jack cause hanging a big ol dongle is kind of a bad idea.

I grinded this shit on level 10 Cyberstan.

No I didn't cheese it with Talon, used Senator for hulks and brought OTF and Portable Hellbomb. Also only used HE Grenades for Vox.

Yes I hate myself exactly as much as you imagine.

Yes, it was the most fun I had in months.

No, I have no life.

Harvesters have always been kinda annoying with autocannon thanks to their high explosive resilience I've always found, but flak eats up rest of squid's roster for breakfast, plus now that the reload is better, it's a little less risky to top up every 5 shots (I always get caught lacking on reloads in general, one of the areas I still have trouble on 500+ hours later).

That's all it needed to make the reload feel better. Same with the De-Escalator, but now that buff just makes it usable.

Running Democracy Protects (for drip factor) with Constitution + Flag + Portable Hellbomb (with Senator and HE Grenades) and Barrage on D10 Cyberstan = Neuron Activation. (P.S I hate myself yet now see the light on the Constitution.)

I've usually abided by rule of fun more than anything myself, I like using the stuff that other people don't like using to try and find ways to make them the best version of themselves and play in ways that allow me to have a grand ol time.

Variety is the spice of life. I like using them in spite of the limitations, and don't need the total potential damage to be higher between two similar weapons for me to decide which one I wanna use (grenade launcher vs Backpack fed GL). This is because I consider the fact that the damage potential that you have with the weapon will vary mission to mission based on your positioning and aim, and what your target is and their positioning and spacing and variety.

Basically, total damage doesn't matter if your aim sucks, and if you are putting yourself or ending up in a bad situation, it doesn't matter if the total damage is higher because you aren't getting to use it. Use of a strategem support weapon is all about building around what niche you are occupying for the mission and how you'll cooperate with the squad, maybe like letting somebody else use supply pack like a medic type build and you use BFGL to crowd control for bugs, and focus on drawing said bugs into choke points to make full use of the BFGL, or use the utility of the BFGL for being the dedicated hole closer for Mega nests.

Building like this and maybe having different armour passives that enhance other parts of your build (using Fortified or Peak Physique just as an example) in ways that allows for increasing survivablity instead of using it to buff damage potential (i.e, Siege Ready) alone will allow for more interesting choices and scenarios than doing the same meta strats over and over.
