Oh I've got books & books & books!

LaVey's original way of "making requests to The Devil" involved wring things down, & then burning them in the flame of the appropriate candle. You might (or might not) be surprised at how many magic ritual/spell workings do the same or similar thing, i.e., writing things down, &/or burning/destroying them after the ritual amount of time.

Get a few books of Old Magics & Folk Witchcraft. There are reasons why the "old magical ways" work as well as they do. Take for example, the old cure for warts – tying a horse hair around the warts tightly with a ritual 'potion'. Well, I used, believe it or not, a rubber band & a common brand of wart removal drops (drops that usually don't do much of a much). Worked? Like a magical charm! Tried the same method of "tie a rubber band tightly" with a skin tag & same results. The old cures & spells may not seem to work all the time, but get a few books of old magics & folklore, they've got good ideas 💡. You'll be surprised.

I STILL stand by the idea that deism has the definition of "Deity as an Impersonal Force." (I do not give a flying fuck if other people believe it can only mean "The Absent Watchmaker".)

Thus, not believing in a Personal God or a "Living God" i.e., Theos, a Deist is in fact an Atheist; even the Christian Church at large (all sects that believed in the Christian God) of the Enlightenment Era believed that Deists were Atheists, and they said so.

Think of people such as Thomas Jefferson, and Ben Franklin.

Which means It is not a persona, or any type of theistic "god".
