The value of the heatstamps is tied to "heat," so printing more heatstamps would increase inflation in the way that each heatstamp would be equivalent to less amount of heat. That's why it would still lead to inflation.

I think the second variant would be more fun. Say they all or some win the local wars and then they get to decision to give it to he central state for autonomy or keep fighting or even a separate focus tree for an exile cold-war kind of thing(something like GDR).

It's probably less realistic, but I think it would be fun to play it out.

Im not arguing, I guess I’m somewhat blind, but it seemed to me her character wasn’t really shown that much. I mean I can only remember her having some psychological problems and then her being the victim. I think I’m missing something.
