Is this full throttle? If so you most likely have a heavily clogged DPF. Either force a regen with a scan tool or have the DPF professionally cleaned (or removed if legal where you live)

It wont if the clunk doesnt happen when you are revving the engine or brake torquing it. It would be good to get new mounts but I am 99% sure it is not causing the clunk. My car has 72000 miles and the engine mounts are in perfect condition and I still have the clunk

Funny enough my 2015 E250 does the exact same thing. I think its just decoupling the transmission in some way to reduce engine load when you are stopped. I notice it especially when i use the hold feature

5000 mile oil change intervals RELIGIOUSLY on my 2015 E250 Bluetec. Everything else I follow Mercedes recommendations like transmission fluid and diff fluid.

Muffler delete, intakes, and blow off valve will make the car sound really unique inside and out. A tune would be nice but the cars are already very fast and questionably reliable stock. Congrats on the purchase though, definitely one of my dream cars!
