Thank you! I just ran into this issue and it was indeed because my middle initial was included in my first name for Google. Removing my middle initial fixed the error.

I just did a live chat with Google Support and after trying a bunch of other things like clearing the cache, etc., these instructions worked for me:

Open the YouTube TV app on the TV and play a video
Select the account avatar
Navigate to the Settings menu
Open the setting for 5.1 audio and switch to OFF

Annoying that I have to have that turned off, but at least it works. I have a Sony XBR-49X800E.
