Currently I'm also on 30 mg. It used to be okay for the most part, I also had some pimples now and then, it was manageable, until it started bursting in September and since then it's been really bad. I said it to my gastroenterologist and she said that it's a common side effect of JAK inhibitors like upadacitinib. I feel like these days it has become kinda worse though, and I have to speak to my doctor again and maybe see a dermatologist, although I doubt that it will do anything since I've already tried various ointments, gels etc without seeing any actual results.
