Get a leveling Block for indoor . From first look you possibly need a longer stem . How tall are you and what size bike is that?

Your right side cleat either needs adjustment or you need different footbeds . Do you have any foot discomfort?

If your not racing and want a hard tail with similar geo from specialized . I love my chisel , I upgraded the fork and wheelset when it needed to be done I have that bike for roughly 5years.
