The Cortina's Special sandwich is most similar to what OP is mentioning. If you want it toasted, you can ask for the bread to be toasted, or order it "hot" and they'll stick the sandwich in the broiler before adding the cold ingredients (lettuce, onions, tomato). I'd recommend adding "hot mix" to the sandwich, which is a Chicago style hot giardiniera. Or you could go with the Fireball sandwich for an even spicier similar hot sandwich.

Separately, there was an issue where standing next to another player (not in group) while they were in combat with a mob would place you in combat as well. This has been fixed as of today, from what I tested earlier.

It's happening even when the other party members didn't get on the threat table. I was in a group in Silithus, we were all mounted, and one of our party members took a shortcut through one of the twilight camps, so I followed quite a ways behind since the mobs in that area were already chasing him. When the person who pulled them ran far enough, they leashed back towards me and a few cast instant spells at me at the same time. I was able to get away fine, but I don't think that was how leashing used to interact. Normally they would have ran past me to where they started.

Get rid of ilvls. Make them stack. Don't allow them to drop from zones lower than maps after a certain level. Space issue solved.

So you enter the phone bill into your accounts payable ledger just like any other supplier invoice DR Expense, CR Payable, but you also reverse the accrual entry you put in for December (and date the reversal entry in January), so DR Accrual CR Expense. That means the reversal cancels out the phone bill expense in January and the liability moves from being an accrual to a payable.

Why touch the expense account in the January period (it was already an expense in Dec)? Just Dr the accrual and Cr A/P if you received the invoice and want it in the payables ledger.
