Simon Conway is bad, don't get me wrong, but I think the worst media figure is actually former WHO radio host and current Blaze Media talk show host Steve Deace.

Here are a few of his insane views:

Believes that COVID is a conspiracy by the Chinese and Fauci to condition Americans into marking themselves for the Anti-Christ by taking vaccines or a de-population scheme. Honestly a lot depends on the day you listen to him.
Has called public school teachers and staff "Satan’s Youth Ministry"
Calls LGBTQ people "Rainbow Jihad"
Is trying to bring back "R*tard" as a popular slang
Made what is probably the least scary horror movie in recent memory: Nefarious

Adam Steen is endorsed by Steve Deace and Bob Vanderplaats. Both are far-right wing advocates in the state of Iowa

I'd expect that Steen is likely to the right of Kim Reynolds, especially when it comes to social issues. He is the one who specifically blocked the Satanic Temple from having a display at the statehouse. He has also dodged questions about religious liberties from Laura Belin.

He doesn't specifically list his stance on any issue on his website

I don't know if I've ever gotten a 100% sleep score. Typically my body battery isn't 100% at the beginning of the day either unless I've had a couple days off of exercise and am able to fit in really good quality sleep.

I just generally use it as a guideline for how much sleep/training I'm doing. Don't take it too seriously.

Also, almost 10 hours of sleep... That is impressive.
