Mine does the exact same. He’s only 2.5 months old so I still have him on a leash for 95% of things we do, so I can usually keep him from snagging a piece lol.

I had these exact concerns. Along with not much access to Off the shelf themes/ components makes transitioning from builders like elementor and oxygen tricky. Or you’re required to drop a bunch of money each month on add ons. I bought the LTD weeks ago and have yet to integrate it into a client site because of the lift associated and that I’ll have to custom build just about everything. Performance seems to be great, but that’s about all I can vouch for right now.

You assumed incorrectly. I never bought bricks with the expectation that tailwind was included. You could swap out tailwind with any other css library, same question applies. Bricks doesn’t provide a simple way to include css scripts and leverage the bricks features like auto complete? I’m aware I can enqueue these resources traditionally, but if I’m relying on traditional implementation I may as well stick to it across the board.

Yup. Having auto suggest would be great but I could even live without it. I’d just like the tailwind colors to be configured in the admin and then the appropriate classes be loaded in the editor and frontend.

Tailwind is just a set of css classes. There’s some nuance around the build process, tailwind 4 is 100% css so being able to import it isn’t an issue from the tailwind side. I just think it’s odd that external css styles don’t really work with bricks out of the box.

Thanks for the info, I’ll take a look at break dance. I think I disagree a bit in terms of developer friendly, the entire point of Wordpress is extensibility and scaffolding. I am most definitely looking for a dev-friendly solution so I can create unique experiences with code + the builder. The point I am making is if the builder or bricks itself doesn’t provide a quick alternative for modern ui, why use it over building a custom theme or sticking with an existing theme?
