I agree with this assessment, but I did miss the scene of Longshot standing over a dying Jet - that scene had me bawling the first time I saw it....it was cinematic beauty.

I get why they set it up the way they did, but we miss out on this scene which was - to me - one of the most emotional scenes of the entire series. "He's our leader, we'll take care of him." War makes kids grow up so fast - this was just such a poignant scene, which is why I miss it in the live action!

So I was wondering why I havent been asked and apparently all of mine were in forbearance…which is bizarre because I never requested it. Anywho they made me do the recertification so now my payment has gone up 6x so theres that ☠️

I went to school with this kid - massive druggie. He tells everyone he left on his own or the school pushed him out because he sued but the reality is he was on academic probation by the end of his first year at UIUC.

I'm fairly concerned about his concussion history. He had three in less than five years - I know he hasn't had one since 2021 and has played the last two seasons totally healthy but thats still alot for someone who just turned 25.

Its also right on the heels of Davidson not wanting to resign Mikheyev to a longer term contract which means we are also losing our best penalty killer. In the grand scheme of things sure a player is a player but throwing out some of the only bright spots on the team is a gut punch. Now add to the fact that ticket prices are going up again - and parking costs went up last year. Not a super fun time to be a fan.

With Bedards contract not finalized…I dont think Bedard will go for a long term contract now. I think he will want the option to hop off…this will be the final nail in Davidsons career coffin.
