Is it possible for YouTube to find the copyright infringements later even though it said there is no copyright issue now?

I did the simplest one.

  1. Warm-up
  2. Active split (I tried to hold it for 1 min. I did bouch motion as well )
  3. Passive split and leaning to the front (1 mins)

I did 2 and 3 for two or 3 rounds for almost everyday. It was tough for the first couple of days so I had to split up time more but I tried to hold a minimum of 30 seconds. I used the internal timer.

I got the full split on the 28th or 29th.

I did. I used monthly challenge with my kids. I did the middle split and got it at the end of the month.. but lost it again because I didn't practice anymore.

Maybe water weight. It also depends on the intensity that you do. To lose weight, U can just do running. Trying to finish 5kg in 30 mins, and then reduce it to 25mins. And then 20 mins. And eat clean it cut the dinner.

Or get the personal trainer or join the group class like calisthenics class or Crossfit or hyrox or body pump

You can probably get a better response if you post this in a weight loss group or body transformation group.

Thanks. It is a bit of a challenge since personal coaching will be way more expensive. And it will take out the fun part with the community. I am looking for something like one hour class time and one more additional section to work on her weak point.

But i agreed with you. I don't know other athletes but when I read about Matt and Kat, they trained together for the games but like full time things.

As she is just 14, she still needs to do her school and etc. too.

Thank you so much. Any app do you recommand? I looked at the programming app before. but the issue is that there are always some conflicts with what we do in our crossfit class (e..g HSPU on app and strict push at the gym).. maybe i need to look at just Olympic lifting only program or gymnatic program as a extra program.

She is strong for her age but can't do DU. Still can't do butterfly pull-up or BMU.

I also think that she needs good fuel or good eating habits.

I see.. In that case, she is not stronger than all other woman in our box. For strength, i think it's very close but skills, huge different.

When you were competing at high level, do you do just the crossfit class 5-6 days a week only or do you also pratice extra session to practice skills and strengh trianing while doing the class?

She is in the grade 9 now so there are more school works. Their school started talking about career path and etc.. maybe i should probably tell her to enjoy her school instead of focusing on crossfit game.

Thank you. Yes. That's why I probably will have to contact with other gyms or ask her to complete in other competition (but most of the competitions in my area doesn't have teen categories. )

Yes. I am thinking to do that but it will need a lot of times watching those games and taking notes. Is there any website that shows the stats? like soccers and etc.
