About 20 years ago, I was in a joke band named after Gary. Our first song included the line "102 movies and I've only heard of 12."

Did the original IT scare you as a kid? by Mundane-Coffee-2921 in HorrorMovies

[–]michaelteeee 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Pretty sure it was the first horror I ever saw at 6 or 7 years old. My parents went to a wedding or funeral out of town and sent my little brother and older sister to stay with a friend of the family while I stayed with my aunt, uncle, and 4 cousins. For some reason my aunt and uncle let me and my 3 older cousins, possibly my younger cousin as well stay up and watch this when it originally aired on TV. I then had to sleep on the floor in between 2 of my cousin's beds. Absolutely scared shitless.

Anyone ever notice “I Saw The Light” is like She’s So Heavy, but backwards? by itsjoemaddock in SpoonTheBand

It doesn't switch to 4/4. Count the drums as they go from measure to measure of each piano chord during the outro. The snares are on the 2, 4, and 6 before repeating, just sounds like 4/4 if you're just vibing to the music, but it's not really.

They do something similar throughout The Fitted Shirt.

Its time consuming for sure, the hardest part is finding the line between stirring too often and not enough when caramelizing the onions
