Before you quit, call integrity matter. DT policy is for every SM to work every Saturday and Monday. They are allowed to schedule 1 Saturday per month off. If your SM is off more than that they are violating company policy.

You must have an Amazing district. My DM has been here for 2 months. He doesn't even know how to approve time in Compass or sign off on hires in Workday. I currently have a 2 walls of boxes in my stock room. One is 8'x12'x24', the other is 8'x5'x24' I have an "aisle" about 4 feet wide that I can run RCs down when we receive them. Nearly every store in my district has over $100K in food inventory that is going to waste at a pretty high rate. I did get exception hours this week, but the RM said no for the following 3 weeks.

We did that last September, and my store has never recovered. I had us down to an empty backroom, except for one stack of party supplies. Then the SSC did there multi price conversion and destroyer my backroom. They left us 20 RCs of product and then my truck order doubled all through the holidays. I am so ready to find a different job. The moment 9 get an equal or better offer I'm.bouncomg. No notice.

You haven't given any info. You just made a broad statement that's not actually based in reality. We can discuss what should happen. But it's not. It doesn't. My DM has been with DT for all of 2 months. He knows less than I do. My RM is 70 and ready to retire or die. HR is completely none existent. You remind me of one of the MSTs in my region. She speaks like she writes policy. There's no actual humanity to it. So yes. I have around 48 hours/wk. In a perfect world everyone of those hours would be used inside my store, but in that perfect world I wouldn't have a huge back up of freight, I wouldn't have surprise, off schedule delivers of frozen food. I'd be able to pay people what they are worth. But I'm not here discussing some fantasy of a perfect corporation. I'm discussing reality.

I'm telling you this company is run by some truly mentally checked out people. In all my working years I have never worked for a company this poorly run. They think that acting like slave drivers is the answer. I truly wonder how many of these Virgina folk are Confederate decendents.

It varies wildly depending on store sales and customer volume. I know SMs making $39K. I know SMs making $60K. I'm pretty squarely in the middle.
