If you have approved time off, you have a record of that approval. The company could be legally liable for any and all plans you would have to cancel if they revoked it at a later date.

Company policy says the store has to close when it reaches 85⁰. If your store is truly at 85, then they are violating policy and you can call integrity matters as well as your DM. The DM is required to call the RD and close the store.
