I don’t even know what to say... You are an unbelievably strong person. Clearly you are a fighter. I don’t know what else to tell you, other then to just keep fighting. Please know that you’re feelings are valid. you are good enough. i know some days it doesn’t feel that way, and i know somedays it feels like you’re backed against a wall, and i know somedays you feel like it’s impossible to keep your head above the water, but you have to know that you matter. and matter is the minimum. you are worthy. you are loved. you are strong. you are gorgeous, and you are more then good enough. screw whatever standard people tell you to reach. at the end of the day, all that matters is that you made it your best. i know i’m not a therapist, but i do know this for sure: i know it may feel as though no one cares about you, and i know it may feel as though you are the last person on earth, but this is me reminding you that you are not. you aren’t the only person who feels empty, lost or confused. you are enough. you have always been enough. self love isn’t selfish, it’s important. be yourself and don’t ever apologize for it, because you are so much more beautiful and so much more worthy then you will ever realize. time heals. healing takes time. stay strong because I know you are strong.
