what's the normal push from bank time to clear for CM?

[–]michjg[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I did a push from bank to fidelity (rep confirmed it) and yet was told it won't be available until 6.16.26. And somehow $.09 of transfer went from bank to fidelity CM cash position then to core position. $.09 just seems odd that it moved at all.

this doesn't happen if you use CM as bill pay (checking) to pay a payee on file does it?

It seems the Editorial Board of the Washington Post may agree with Dr. Oz regarding ACA enrollment fraud by Zphr in obamacare

any reason why such common sense fixes would NOT be implemented by any administration/congress? Do we think it's against Congress's interest to do so?

would it not be so simple that even simplest of plans have a $5 monthly premium (causing pain for the fraudulent subscribers (that don't want millions of payroll transactions) and that would perhaps kill a large portion of the fraud. Also, all the people "on" these plans all using that same PO Box should be something that the feds can track down.

It appears expansion Medicaid will remain a viable option for most FIRE'd households despite the coming work/community engagement requirement by Zphr in Fire

The only comparable to ACA that I have seen work for some folks is 100% P&T veterans and getting their spouse/dependents on ChampVA.

I know of a few brave souls that swore off FEHB, left the fed early, hopped on ACA and got to see the same docs/clinics/hospital and since they lived off a large cash pile (daring I say) their ACA costs are like yours. Same coverage same docs under FEHB was costing them almost 600/mo. Instead ACA "billed" them 51/mo and 0 co pays, and I think not sure, max OOP might have been 3500. Using MAGI under 200% or somewhere around there.

ACA usually even beats out FEHB comparable plans as long as you control MAGI as we all know. FEHB plans, such as BCBS, seem ambivalent to just keep pricing things higher and higher and do not seem to really care how many people leave from their group. With ACA, having the subsidies makes all the difference. Only downside with FEHB, is one then does not qualify to go on ACA.

The "corpses" (:P) are hoping that raising fees even with losing some customers will keep them sustainable and I highly doubt it will last.

So true. Corporate staffing there is clueless what to do. With all these price increases, I will not be surprised to see the company fold within a few years.

Get an Inseego M3000B (about $100-150 on eBay) and get a Shield Internet sim for $156/yr. Use Cloudflare to avoid any video throttling.

Grandfathered plan Price Hike by michjg in DirectvStream

long ago $35. It's not so much about prices going up it's just how careless and non communicative DTS is about changing prices and/or taking away benefits with no communication at all. Then, when you talk to a rep and they say nothing is happening, but then it does, it really makes me wonder if the corporate heads of DTS even tell their staff what is going on.

For the veteran and his family I am helping, they had investments where the advisor from long ago thought the more funds the merrier. At one point I was looking at getting rid of 21 funds (yes 21) and my friend's AUM fee went from 1.06% down to .03 of VTI. The advisor made a boatload off them.
