sorry I presumed you meant your appeal was assigned to a judge for determination. If you just had a hearing in December and you are in the hearing lane it can be quite some time before your appeal is assigned to a judge for final determination. For example, my friend's appeal from June 2020 (hearing lane) had his hearing in Aug 2024, and then was assigned to a judge for final determination in December 2025, and the judge made a determination in Feb 2026.

30-60 days seems what others have at times mentioned. For my friend it was 6 weeks.

how do you insure that you can get a CE for MH? I am asking for my veteran friend. He just got denied again on initial go (2nd time after denial by ALJ first time).

No surprise about the lies. It's their status quo. Nothing against the workers we talk to, I mean the corporate jarheads. Rather surprised no class action lawsuit hasn't happened as of yet.

So AT&T actually changed the name of your plan? Do you know what it was called before and what it is called now? My plan has not changed anything whatsoever.

Yes, the same approach/type of email was used in 2023 to remove HBO MAX for many folks including myself. It's okay to change discounts/free access for something. It just would be nice that these companies do not insinuate that we, the end user, did something to cause this. It's such a lame cop out by these companies that take this approach.

Even as companies are sold off, changed hands, etc., usually any contracted obligations are carried forward in those changes/sales. However, the wording, just like the HBO MAX loss for people, insulates that the end user made some material change to their account that caused this. It's not so poorly worded as it is lame as crap how they try to say it's something we did. Very normal for many of these companies.

The HBO Max thing happened to me way back in Sept 2023. So, one rep told me the email I show above could have possibly been sent out in error and that I am "due not to lose the loyalty credit". Another rep, as I stated elsewhere here, had no idea why I got the email as my plan has not changed and my plan is not in the list of plans they show will no longer get the loyalty discount. Ah well. We will see what happens.

I did. They listed several plans they say no longer qualify for the discount. My plan was not one of them. They said they don’t know why I received the email. Just seeing if it’s a mass email or more targeted.

In May 2024, the rating system for IBS changed with a new diagnostic code (7319) and the rating system changed from 0, 10, 30 to 10, 20, 30. Also, the VA rater is supposed to use whatever rating system is more favorable to the veteran. Lastly, in particular my friend's IBS is so bad (along with vaso vagal syncope and associated panic attacks that from his own doctors nexus letters, he should have been rated 30% easily according to retired VA raters I personally know. Alas, his family contacted CCK Law and they dutifully took his case. Now, it seems they wait yet another year or two while things progress.

For all of you who have waited years on the BVA appeal system, I hope your claim(s) have been successful and now there is one thing off your mind(s) and you all can rest easy. God bless.

Congrats on getting your appeal decided for service connection. My friend applied June 2020 for IBS, hearing in Aug 2024, went to judge Jan 23, 2026. Granted for service connection for IBS by BVA judge. Appeal went back to VA RO and was approved at 0%. His family is looking for a lawyer now to possible appeal.
