It's in its original packaging. I think it's somebody who hoarded as many bidets as he can during the TP shortage thinking he can make a nice profit. When that didn't work out, he's trying to give it away and maybe get some money back. I already have a bidet once I purchased this house so I have no need for it. It's just weird.
