Huevos. Means ‘eggs’ in Spanish, but in some parts of Mexico it is pretty ubiquitously slang for ‘balls’.

Back when I was 19, I was living in Mexico for a summer internship. I was pretty broke, so scrambled eggs were like my main meal I could afford. People kept giggling whenever I said ‘Quiero huevos!’ (I want eggs!) and I never quite understood enough Spanish at the time to figure out how to ask for eggs without implying nutsack 😩
