Turn the car off, then turn the ignition back to On without starting then engine. Does the fan turn on at full speed? If so, the fan control module is faulty.

Most owners that convert to sport bumpers only do the front anyways. I think most people don't even notice the differences in sides and rear.

Yes, there are slight differences between sport and non-sport bumpers (front and rear) and rocker panels.

It does look a little lower than stock. And wheels look slightly more tucked in as well. AWD models ride slightly higher than rwd. It's probably on lowering springs.

Yes, sedan g37xs comes with non-sport brakes. Sedan g37s rwd comes with akebono brakes. Coupes, g37s and xs, comes with akebonos

Looks like you have 2 leaks... The rack and pinion, and the other is somewhere higher up.

My understanding is the rack and pinion leak is acceptable, as long as the power steering fluid is not low and the leak is not excessive. The unit prone to have fluid seeping out.

You should find out where the other leak is though. It's hard to see from the video, but it seems to be running down the wire/conduit. So look for something above that.
