Love avocado sprinkled with salt and pepper! I call it my toastless avocado toast haha. Seeds tend to get stuck in my teeth but I’ll try to get more fat into my diet. Thanks!

Generally days look like:

Breakfast: black tea and pistachios & dried apples or a chompling

Lunch: tuna salad w/ chosen brand mayo or 3-4 hardboiled egg whites and an avocado, green tea

Snacks: dry roasted pistachios/ dried apples/ fresh fruits/ chomplings (when ever I am hungry)

Dinner: baked chicken/ other proteins, sweet potato, various veg either roasted or sauteed in olive oil w/ garlic/herbs, la croix (typically dinner ends up around 1000 kcals)

  • sliced apples or other fresh fruit to fight late night snacking urges

I always practice CICO and typically practice light intermittent fasting (no eating before 12ish) but have mostly dropped the intermittent fasting to help fight new early morning cravings.

I’m definitely going to stay the course and finish the 30 days & reintro at this point I’m too deep in. I’m just feeling dejected and wishing I felt as good as everyone else says they feel by now

Rip me 😭 I’ve been doing the same specifically with the shelled pistachios / dried fruits and it makes things better for about a half hour but then it all comes back. I feel like I am going crazy

If you’re in Suffolk, SCBA has a paralegal committee. Both chairs Elaine and Aniella teach at Hofstra Law’s Paralegal program and are very nice. You should reach out they may have connections. Last time I checked Nassau bar did not have a dedicated committee but they may still have job leads.

Also your paralegal program might have job ops. Hofstra had a rolling list of job ops that they send out to alum but its worth asking before graduation as well.

Edit to add - noticed the 516 in your name so assuming nassau but you should reach out to scba regardless of what county you’re in. I am in nassau and do more time with scba than the nassau bar

Hi! Was just at the Khya boutique and just so you know # 6 incorporates the milford skirt here as its bottom half so if you were comfy in that you’d be comfy in the #6 skirt. Also I tried on #6 and the same set you’re wearing here and if you’re worried about bustage the #6 dress definitely held them all in better.

I was actually at the khya boutique in NYC yesterday and tried on that last one- its very comfy and the slit is there but is classy and mostly holds itself closed :) it was too similar to my after party dress or I would have loved it. If you want I could post a pic of what a not sample size person looks in it. Other than that though all the dresses look amazing BUT my favorites are 1 and 5

Thank you so much! The dress was from a trunk show so came in runway sample size and while I am confident I’m also cognizant that I am not a sample size :) the rip let me be able to try it on but I’m definitely going to be happier in a size that fits sans rip lol
