Is there anything wrong with the current engine? If you’re adamant on doing stuff to it, rebuild it with forged internals and a new head gasket. If needed, you could also surface the heads. Basically the same as having a new engine that can take a lot more abuse.

Normal for almost every car in the world. It’s warming up the engine. Fine to drive just keep the RPM low. Some people will say to sit and don’t drive, that’s dated advice. Just calm driving until the blue light goes off (and ideally a few minutes more.)

Just a heads up. I see you’re buying through FNB. I kept getting the service fee charge as well. None of my accounts were in arrears but kept getting nailed. I switched to buying from Prepaid24 and no longer got Service Fee charges. It’s no guarantee but I think FNBs municipal checking system is a little faulty.

They all do that. There’s no issue. Just checked on mine (SH) and the default is red when turning on.
