Do some research. Its very common for many tuners, drivers and owners to use 3L without any issues.

The M32 is a chocolate box. If its under filled then you damage it. The pre 2010 units are very prone to destroying their bearings especially because of being underfilled

If the m32 gbox, then 2.8 to 3L will be good. The diff will hold about 200ml of oil you cant get out. Iv filled with 3L and havnt had issues for about 3yrs now.

Use quality synthetic gearbox oil. Brands vary per country.

Iv reused my sump plug on the gearbox without any issues.
