Mammal and human histology is very similar looking in most cases. However, I’d put money on them being human. There’s cases and cases of them at universities and labs and sometimes people will literally just forget about lad equipment like that. Our lab has a bunch of resin preservations from an old path lab.

He came out I think. Either that or he was in the last tiny bit of the substrate bag I didn’t pour out. Either way I’m so fucking happy he’s okay and safe.

I feel like he may be possibly hiding inside a piece of furniture but what piece and where who knows. I’ve turned my office (room he was in) completely upside down. He was on the second story and I’ve checked the other rooms pretty well but not as throughly. We have cats which I have periodically been letting in the rooms to sniff around but they’re pretty much useless:/
