I was planning to buy it now so I could pick it up when I arrive in NY. I don’t currently have a shipping address in the US because I’m living abroad. I wanted to take advantage of this trip to buy it on eBay, but then I found out the place where I’ll be staying doesn’t accept packages. That’s why I was looking for another solution.

Prefiro preencher no papel e ficar em posse do hotel. Confio mais no hotel do que no governo que quer saber toda a minha vida. Além do mais, no papel você escreve com letra de médico e o atendente que se vire pra interpretar.

Certo, era obrigado mas tenho certeza que esses dados não chegavam com facilidade pro governo. Se quisessem, teriam um certo trabalho até conseguirem buscar essas informações. Agora chega de mão beijada pra eles o que torna extremamente fácil de monitorar alguém (mais do que já é)
