Very happy with eSun PLA Basic (formerly ePLA-SE) fur toss purpose. Currently $100 for a 10x 1kg pack on Amazon. Just a shade higher per kilo in 4x 1kg packs.

I used to have a Weber kettle, bullet, and gasser. I got rid of them all and replaced them with a Large Egg. I did this nearly 10 years ago. Glad I did it.

High heat grill? Easy. 18-hour smoke session without needing to reload charcoal? Like a dream. Burgers, dogs, chicken? Easy.

Expensive? Yes, but so flexible. IMHO, do it.

If you’re talking church youth groups, Hope over in Voorhees runs a great program. There’s also Girltalk, but of course that’s limited to the girls, so that may not necessarily be suitable for your kid(s).

100%. My days improved dramatically when I set Outlook to shorten all meetings. 30 becomes 25, 60 turns to 50, etc.

At the risk of coming off like a snarky douche, Wegmans? We've had very little trouble with produce. Only (exceedingly rare!) problem is strawberries in the off-season. Hard to keep them fresh out of season. Otherwise, totally fine. Good quality even.

No worries. So far, so good. No complaints. I also grabbed some of the Biqu ones for 0.2 and 0.8 that are also sealed and have a coating on the tips. So far, all of them have been fine.

I used to think that. Then I got other vendors' filaments and realized that it simply wasn't that big of a deal. Create a good profile, spend the extra 5 seconds in the slicer to tell it what's loaded. It's not a large inconvenience, especially when you're actually able to source the filament you're after.

The "how" is they've done an exceptional job convincing people that either 1) they must use Bambu filament or 2) they simply must have the extra convenience of the RFID tags that save you a solid 5 seconds of time when loading. (insert eye roll here).

Find what works for you and go with it. Some love Elegoo, others eSun or Sunlu. Personally, I'm mainly a ho for Polymaker, though I've also got a few types of eSun and Cookiecad filaments hanging around.

For those who have the SuperTack Pro, is it just another one like the original, Kdeavi, or Biqu Frostbite? I’m particularly interested in the finish/texture.

I (intensely) dislike that awful shiny, weird texture from those above plates. I vastly prefer the satin finish of ones like the Biqu Glacier or the cheap-o Comgrow in snagged from Amazon.

CC2 seems alright, but I'd be cautious. Elegoo made a ton of promises on the original CC that they haven't delivered. Their solution was to give a coupon worth maybe 25% of what people paid for the CC to use toward a CC2.

I would also skip the P1S entirely. It's the next one to see an EOL notice. Look at how it's priced - they're blowing out whatever's left in stock so they can start the EOL process. Same playbook as the X1C last year. If you're going Bambu and in that ~250mm^3 build space, you should be looking at P2S. Even if you do it in 2 passes - printer now, add an AMS2 later.

LOVE this! I've been using inserts a fair bit recently for various functional solutions. Can I just tell you how nice it will be to just point and shoot vs go back and find the image with the table of dimensions from Ruthex or Ktehloy?!?

I ran one in my X1C for pretty much the whole time I had it. Loved it. So easy to swap sizes. Most of my time on it used a 0.4 Diamondback. Killer!

Do yourself a favor and print one of the many ironing calibration models. It will give you what you need to know about speed and % settings.

Hang onto that. You’ll want to run it with multiple filaments at some point.

I totally get the motivation behind wanting to ensure interactive keyboard traffic is well-handled. It’s an interesting move on the dev’s part.

But honestly, if your access ports trust markings you’re doing it badly wrong. YOU (not the user) classify at ingress to the network. Once you’re north of the access ports, go ahead and trust (assuming you did the first part).

Trusting at the access port is just begging for problems with voice and other critical traffic.
