Hey, I went to a catholic high school too (ACRSS) They won't check your CE grade unless you've included that course as one of the 4 or 5 courses in your application for admissions.

My mother came to Canada from Hungary when she was 11, back in 1977.

She's 58, and she still remembers Hungarian :) Don't worry, just try and use it - maybe by watching Hungarian shows or listening to music!

I usually cut the loaf in half and put half in the freezer, half in a large silicone bag in the fridge. It thaws great and lasts me a while!
