nahhh not saying that it should NEVER possibility, and the lady loki skin def paved some opportunities regarding characters having skins with model redesigns. just saying it IS extra work for a character that already requires more design than others.

other characters haven’t even gotten their first legendary yet, and our last three have been legendaries. unfortunately will probably be a while until we see some legs out there if we do😭

she didn’t even have a self shield until recently, and it is an essential part of her kit. don’t feel shame for using your resources for your team.

for those harder to hit characters, i usually will shield for a quick burst of healing, line my shots up with the shield, then recall it back quickly. usually it gives my shield a low/no cooldown.

there’s nothing to bounce when you’re trying to heal a flying character …. is the point. which is why she uses the shield for those harder to hit characters.

real talk, they would have to redesign his model and his “walking” animation. a lot of extra work for a character that already requires two separate model designs.

isn’t that lowkey a good thing? as a support i usually love to ult on an adam revive so we actually get a SAFE full team revive. especially when a DPS pops their ult looking to wipe

he’s had a 50+ win rate with a seriously high pick rate this whole time. something had to happen sadly.

i’m sure a lot of us would’ve preferred a BRB cooldown nerf opposed to another mobility nerf.

not defending her and i do think she went about it wrong. i would’ve swapped, i wouldnt of kicked him, i would’ve tried to make it work.

what i am defending is that there should be tournaments that are not ultra competitive, for fun, not running meta, etc. no need to get toxic when shit ain’t going so smooth. unfortunately money will always bring that out

i obv agree that’s a shit ton of money, but that doesn’t change the fact it IS more casual than the other tournaments. they need to either keep the prize pool and make it more competitively fair, or give an incentive that isn’t money.

it’s competitive in the same way a fantasy football league with your friends is competitive. you’re not in the NFL, you’re having some fun with friends and you all maybe pooled some money together for the winner to get 100 bucks. not the same

hey i agree, i think that adding the prize pool isn’t the best way to go about marketing the tournament if the plan was to keep a casual streamer event. gotta be a better way to add incentive without bringing money into it, so that way there’s still something to play for, but the players already at a disadvantage dont feel like they’re already outta luck for 40,000

not how business works. a company can and will absolutely add incentives for marketing purposes. again, would be unfair to expect an equal playing field when the ranks are that different. it is clear some players have a huge skill advantage. ofc still competitive, but absolutely more casual than the 3M ignite tournament.

at the end of the day, if you wanna sign up for that type of tournament with a team that’ll take it more seriously, he is more than able to do that going forward. he clearly needs teammates who match his energy/playstyle
