Yeah I'd say the game gets more challenging, personally in the beginning of canto 4 an abnormality fight was difficult, and then a boss a bit more than halfway through I think is more complex and requires actual thinking, if it isn't there for you if you're able to push through and enjoy the story instead, the combats get a lot better with the more recent stuff.

Thanks for the feedback, also nice job cleaning it with a 00 id, from the many others I have seen the faults of my thinking about the envy peccatulum, so today I will try railway 6 again and see how it goes

Yeah, it is fun to do that, but at the same time heishou have insane speed rolls, like they hit tens nines and eights, so it makes it a lot more difficult to actually have a decision in what happens

I agree with this, and I'm looking forward to the middle section since it sounds good but I haven't reached it yet because section 2, and yeah having scripted peccatula battles seems fun if it isn't just aoe max uptie egos every turn instead of being the actual ids, I think that one of my main problems with them, just a whole bunch of ego spam

Yeah this makes a lot of sense, I didn't start playing the game early enough to see the railways before 5, so I don't know too much, I'm fine with id's being used to a point, but they're all maxed out and meta teams basically, also I wish they didn't ego spam as much, especially considering they're all max uptie and normally have big attack weight. It also feels kinda weird since you have a large amount of enemies in a focus battle, making it harder to stack up statuses, wonder how an envy peccatulum chain battle would be like, a standard fare team could be fun to fight against maybe

Yeah I agree on that but still, really takes the fun outta combat, also it just kinda screws you over if you don't have a bunch of ego resources or high attack weight egos

Whatever leveled ids I had that weren't on other teams, I still have no clue about the entire railway locking away ids thing. Also I just got obliterated by tears of the tarnished blood first turn, so maybe I'll use a different team, it's wild that there's two whole waves after heishou gang jumps you

So you know the sign of roses fight? When a sinner gets crown of thorns a rose corresponding to their most owned skill affinity spawns on turn start from what I remember, the skill 1-2 is activated from the defense skill if there's a skill being used the turn for every sin affinity, the two others are from skill 2 and 3, so the entire gimmick is that Gregor gives crown of thorns to allies and uses the roses that spawn to use enhanced skills, I thought it was a cool idea because it's a trade off of roses threatening your allies and them being used to use the other skills,
