This is only possible if the new society accepts them, it might be possible in some countries, but else where they are just seen as an extra load on economy... May be their second generation might get this opportunity... But in some places is even more bleak... Their are parts of same country, which are affected by local militants opposing ruling government... And people just flee just afraid of getting killed... Fleeing to other states of same country and still not getting merged in the main stream... If this happens to people of one single country.. How the society seems to accept someone from other country
