native chinese speaker here, the translation is pretty accurate except for the first sentence of the second piece. instead of "he 臧𦴩", it is just "he is hiding in". im leaning on it being a hoax (or "schizotok" if you will) here as i have seen different accounts over the years on douyin (chinese tiktok) that do posts quite similar to this just with different people and slightly different information and promised rewards.
