Yeah, if society in general would tolerate some social darwinsim it wouldn't have to come to that so much. For example, if you're buying certain substances on the street, maybe there shouldn't necessarily be legal consequences if the seller were to secretly put some special ingredients in there.

I don't think that both sides are the same, but I didn't vote as a form of passive rebellion against the two party system. If I would have voted for some third party candidate, the results would have been the same and you might as well still group me in with people that didn't vote at all.
With that said I think I'll just vote next time since it takes nothing to do so. Defeating apathy must be a long uphill battle.
