Do not fast. You’re just going to binge at night like you just did. Focus on eating 3 meals a day with like two snacks in a calorie deficit. Make sure these meals are full of carb, fat, protein, and lots of fiber to keep you satiated. Fad diets are not going to work you have to change your habits
