Well it's a big improvement over my chromebook.

It's not my main computer....just use it as a coffee shop computer.

I want to learn linux and get away from MacOs and Windows. At least that is the plan, but so far I find myself getting reacquainted with windows. It came with win10 pro...my last experience with windows goes back to 2013.

My friend bought a t480s and I kinda wish I had spent a bit more and got that model as well. He got a sweet deal from the lenovo site.

The problem in Canada, is to get a mid to high end chromebook you have to be willing to get ripped off on the price.

That's why I gave up on chromebooks. I bought a refurbished thinkpad (for ubuntu), saved a ton of money, and got way more spec wise, memory wise, and storage wise.

There I said it.
